My order hasn't been shipped yet?

All pieces are made to order and require 1-2 working days to cast, clean and prep for delivery before being dispatched. Once dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are sent via Royal Mail with variable delivery times depending on location:

UK - Royal Mail First Class: 1-3 Working Days
EU - Royal Mail International: 3-5 Working Days
ROW - Royal Mail International Standard: 7-10 Working Days

Please note - delivery times are best estimates provided by our shipping carrier, and are not guaranteed.

Do you provide faster shipping?

Express shipping upgrades are available on checkout. If an order requires fulfillment in a very short deadline, expedited dispatch and courier shipping is available, please use the contact form for this request.

Do you provide order tracking?

All orders placed via Standard Delivery are untracked. For orders that require a tracking number please choose the Tracked Delivery option during checkout.

Countries which currently do not offer tracking: Canada & Australia. Please choose Standard Delivery as tracking in unavailable.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

Shipping times are best estimates and due to the current global situation there are unpredictable delays. Although the majority of orders arrive within this window please allow up to 30 days for delivery at this time. If your order is time critical please choose the Tracked Shipping option.

My order didn't arrive before Halloween, Christmas etc. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the current global situation shipping providers are experiencing unpredictable delays. This is entirely out of our control and depends on local services. As a result we are unable to provide a refund due to a delay of shipping. Exceptional circumstances are made for orders outside of the current 30 day window. For time critical orders I recommend using the Tracked Delivery option or get in touch for courier shipping.

Can you create a custom piece?

Yes, absolutely! We create many custom prosthetics, moulds, props etc for productions offer this service globally. Please get in touch to discuss further details.
